THE BIRTH OF MAISON HOJICHA

During a stay in Japan, we discovered hojicha as a softer alternative to everyday stimulating drinks. Low in caffeine and naturally comforting, it meets a need for calm and clarity, without compromising on the depth of flavors.
This discovery shaped our vision: to offer a more grounded energy, respectful of natural rhythms, from morning to night.

Our approach

Maison Hojicha was born from a simple desire: to offer a natural and gentler alternative to caffeine-rich beverages, through a still discreet Japanese tea, hojicha. A drink designed to accompany daily life, without excess, and to fit into a more balanced rhythm.

Caffeine plays a central role in our habits, but its intensity does not always suit every moment of the day. We wanted to explore another path: that of a tea with a rounder profile, naturally low in caffeine thanks to its roasting, capable of offering a more soothing energy.

Through Maison Hojicha, we highlight hojicha for its unique qualities, far from the codes of stimulating beverages. A demanding selection, faithful to Japanese savoir-faire, designed to be enjoyed from morning to night.
